Another surprise gift art piece from

Leo the Tiger has made another update to his uniform, as demonstrated in this picture here; the story behind it being that is he having his pictures taken by a professional photographer. (The background was made to resemble a color circus.) Though the top part of the uniform is mostly the same, complete with the epaulettes and the drum pin. But the shako (parade hat) now has a red plume (feather), and the L has changed from a silver "L" to a red "L" on a yellow background. (This is based on an early 90s design for some marching bands.) The pants have now changed to feature red, white, and blue stripes, referencing Old Glory. Leo's black band shoes are the same.
What will never change is Leo's optimistic approach to life and attitude to patriotism. Even when he's not the Marching Wonder, he can still fight the forces of evil with the magic his mace and his magical drum, the Booming Snare, can bring.
