this is the (physically) powerful bird in my story Justice Nathaniel Peace (I know it's sounds a bit cheesy but) and like his costume (obviously who) he has super human strength, agility, a master at several different martial arts, and uses the same weapon a magical shield, and he happens to be one of Cloud's senior classmates from high school he was actually the lovable jock (to everyone) in high school
