Not a Komodo Dragon, but he's related. I'm not sure what Monitor-species he is, but he's a colourful gent.

Hey, I had to get at least one scaly in!

Well, he's actually the ONLY scaly we saw at the San Diego Animal Park...

Possibly a white-throated monitor. What a cutie - I used to have a pet savannah monitor, which is a close relative. A gorgeous and very tame critter I called 'Venus' (because she looked like the Venus of Willendorf, although I had no idea if she really was a she or not).

*grins* Yeah, I thought this guy was beautiful, too. He was also freakin' huge- a good five or six feet long, stretched out. At a guess, I'd say he might have weighed in at around 90 lbs.
