Now now, while the comment was pretty uncalled for (these things should not be discussed in public), your comment also is as well. You have to remember that commissions are usually paid up front. If you don't receive the agreed service/product in a reasonable (whatever was agreed upon) timeframe, you have the right to inuqire. Saying "I hope you never get what you paid for" is, if anything, wishing bad things upon the artist. Because nobody will commission an artist that doesn't deliver.
You essentially said "I hope you'll get scammed"

I was more so hoping that they would be refunded and blacklisted, but either way works for me. If I were an artist and saw a comment like this without any sort of prior contact or concern, I would definitely not want to do any work for them.

Now, now. I can't do that. I've been given money and I am obliged to hold my end of the bargain. It will be done. Luckily his commission is coming up soon. I am currently in the mist of rough drafts for the next set of commissions and as soon as I finish them up and get them approved by the commissioners, i'll get them done and work on the next set.
