This is giftart to  Ryuakira I am aware he's seen it now too btw, it was posted on twitter before where i heard he's most active on.

Now..when i made this, this was to prove a point to people when I say this is, in a way, when the creator gets overshadowed by his creation. Ryuakira to me is a great artist and over the years has improved and i know a lot of people still look to him for reference and approval of his art. There was a thing that bothered me a lot as a person that likes him and his art...recall the time that people saw his FA had returned and made giftart for him saying "Welcome back!" You noticed a lot of those images have Amelia as the main focus.

It's something that bothered me since Amelia is a great gal, but is also the one people look at the most when it comes to making art for Ryu as a gift or fanart, they use her and it kinda is sad to me. maybe not to others and i know not to Ryu himself. he has said in the past he doesn't mind that Amelia gets drawn a lot, he likes the gesture regardless and enjoys it to the fullest. I guess with me it just is a shame because here's a thing I noticed too.

If you go to Furaffinity's search bar and type in "ryuakira" and sort it by date. you'll notice a pattern. the last time anyone else drew him was me a year ago. I mean his character Ryuakira, not Amelia. Before that, about 2 years, you see someone else, and then me again. Then after me again, the last time anyone drew Ryuakira was maybe 3 or more years ago. Amelia gets drawn every few months.

The message here is, please show some love to the creator as well, we love his creations and we've gotten to adored Amelia in everything she's been, every size she's grown to and learned to grow to. I think we should also show that kind of attention to Ryu too, if not his other characters as well.
