Emotional Description: Relatively emotionless, she doesn’t seem to show much more emotion past mild happiness or sadness. But how she actually feels about everything seems to be locked away in her brain.

History: Neon always had a knack for inventing things, especially after inventing the one thing that may have given the Virtues their advantage; the compasses. How she managed to do that, she really doesn’t even know. It’s believed that she met a heavenly figure that guided her to making such a thing, but most believe that was just insanity starting to kick in. After she made them and passed them on to someone who would “distribute them to those who needed them”, she ran into Slang. Believing that her invention was going to be a problem for his plan, he had her forced into an agreement, resulting in her mutated form. It’s believed that the experimenting on her completely screwed up her mind, resulting in her bizarre behavior. She’s still very smart, yet, she can never finishes sentences, as if distracted by something shiny. And when she gets nervous, she’ll only get a word or two out, though those words are very intelligent, as she tends to catch on to things quickly. If not, it tends just to be repeating something, like an order or something. She’s also very fidgety, resulting in her unable to sit around for long periods of time without doing anything.
