Yes he has got scars on his left eye, you'll find out why towards the end of after all >:3, but until then I will say he is half blind in his left eye :(
Well this is what I leave you with, since Niro still has 6 months left to change color, so he may continue going towards narutos colors or he may lose the orange and yellow and lean towards Sasukes colors,....you will have to wait to find out >:D
