Say hello to Static, cutest little tv head I’ve ever designed with the help of  LittleMissBurton ~

Static is of a race created by me called Emojins, which is a spin on the classic TV head race with it’s own rules, backgrounds, ecology, and various other things. I created this race three years ago and I’m just now getting actual art of thanks to Little Miss.
