Thanks for sharing your input, the teeth could have more detail, yeah, but the fangs are clearly defined of the incisors.
About the breasts, they are not missing, in that pose they can't be showing because are under her body, apart of the hint you can see of her left breast side.

I hope, I see so many artists like your self, who do mind blowingly good..but at 29, I feel like my art skill is very far behind..for my age, I just know how to ink a drawing, fill and add shadows, thats it..painting like this picture to me, seems like something that would be far beyond my capabilities
