He obviously has more power that she expects if she trains him more she's most likely going to be putty in his hands. The main improvement she can do is to make him more assertive but it may backfire and make him some kind of strong Alpha with enough sexy ness to manipulate everyone he comes across. makeing him control his powers is going to probably yield alot although I dought they could control him.
