Tea staining is always so beautiful, though I am always terrified I am going to miss it up when I have done it ^^;; But here it looks gorgeously done ^^

And yeah it's a bit like that, although I've found teastaining is hard to make look bad- even when it makes the ink I've used on the page go like...fuzzy and leaky, it looks, intentionally messy? I don't have a technique other than spill it and move the page around and if there's a big drop of tea in a place after that, leave it for a little then dab it dry. It makes more "layers" of colour. I'll sometimes also sprinkle a second layer of tea once the first has dried but make it less large drips and more speckles if that makes sense. It's all about layering!!!

See this is helpful! I was using the instantly dab method, and it always came out looking really..odd. So I will have to try letting it sit for a bit, before dabbing ^^ And layering. That was one thing I never tried, because it always came out so mucked the first layer ^^ So thank you for sharing! It is very helpful! Also this may be an odd question, but do you just use black tea's, or other types for your tea staining?

Black tea, yeah! Coffee is also fun to stain with and I've had similar results, I just drink a lot of tea so it's easier

ALSO remember the more the tea is in the water the darker the colour will be, you can control contrasts that way too!

Ooo yeah, I am largely a tea drinker as well, but I do drink coffee on occasion ^^ So I will have to try that too, just to play with it and see how it goes ^^ And thank you again for all the tips ^^ I appreciate you taking the time to share them with me ^^
