Did you tell the maker about any issues you had?
Yes, Mars was very unapologetic, Mars proceeded to deny anytime i would message them, telling me it was fixable on my end, that my paws that i had work once for 20 minutes in a live stream that fell apart, were my fault but it was ok because it is fixable on my end because i know how to sew.
My fiance then became into contact with Mars and mars agreed to pay shipping to have them brought back to fix,
Mars never refunded me, offered shipping costs etc,
After that Mars started accusing me of doing things i had not done, and their girlfriend Alyssa posted my account publibly to use me as the butt of a joke, after blocking me.
Mars then after i asked to stop contacting me, and that i hoped we could remain civil, blocked me on all platforms.

Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
the paws are not lined and feel very itchy on my skin, the seems have more hot glue then thread, which rubs on my hands and caused blisters within the 20 minutes i wore them.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
they looked nice, markings were accurate. until they fell apart.

i was told the paws would be elbow length, and they are only halfway up my arm.

How was your concept art realized?
i think they did alright, besides not making them elbow length like i paid for.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
not really, they are accurate in markings, but the fur quality and shaving varys all over the paws.


How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
i have been in contact with mars for many years, these conversations though took place on telegram.


How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take the maker to get back to you?
i was not satisfied


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Mars acted very unprofessional and childish, going behind my back to tell their friends and girlfriend about me to make a mockery of me. Posting publicly about me in a rude manner.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
almost a year...


Are you happy with the product you received?
i cant wear them, as they have fallen apart from sitting on a shelf

i would not suggest anyone commission Mars unless some serious action is taken AND quality and mannerism improve.
