Nobility in the Cotton Labyrinth is weird. Everyone's made by Fiddle Widget, so no one has actual noble... uh, threads, I guess. Nobility is something you can just sort of claim, and if you make other knicknacks go along with it, then, hey, guess you're nobility. The Ribbon Prince is one of several princes within the Cotton Labyrinth, and he engages in the usual politics, which are mostly pranks, disasters, and shenanigans.

Bird House is a knight, who might have a confused crush of loyalty on the Ribbon Prince. Who knows why. Because she's a knicknack, that's why, and she decided the Ribbon Prince is the best and most wonderful knicknack around, so she does whatever she can to serve him and his goals, which are, again, mostly pranks, disasters, and shenanigans, because nothing ever turns out any different in the Cotton Labyrinth.
