This person, after arriving at Pleasure Island, was walking along when someone with a tail and donkey ears splashed him with water and ran off braying. It didn't take long for the magical water to start changing him and he started to float into the air. Of course the security of the island couldn't let this happen and tried to catch him before he got to far.
