Experiment # Velo-phys-00831, AKA Scrap
I figured I'd combine my want to do a good picture for once, with a project I've been working on. This is one of my characters, for "The New World" the newly starting addition to my roleplay forums.
#Velo-phys-00831, nicknamed "Scrap," is the only survivor of the early phase of the combined appearance and gene splicing work of the "Phys" (Physical appearance) sequence, with pigmentation altered at random in the lab, and his muzzle ridges combining natural raptor appearance with muted versions of the plates of a Dilophosaurus.
The facility in the background is "Observation Center #9", and the thing right behind him is a feeding-site camera to allow a closer view to scientists of feeding habits of any dinosaurs who will eat whats provided at the location. Being based in part on JP (as well as Doyle's The Lost World from 1912. Yes I combined it all o.o'') I have used Deinonychus in the place of Velociraptor and given it a bit of a JP3 feel more than a traditional correct version.
