Here we go with another submission!
This is my cute Chao from SA2:B. His name is Prower and he IS a Tails Chao. I fooking love him to death.
I took a while with this since I doodled it in school. His facem bodym tails, hands, everything was difficult. I managed to pull off a Naruto-ish pose in the end.
As usual, scanned and given a nice orange background with his name typed out online.
