Got stuck on the script again (I seriously took the whole current scene in a different direction than I'd originally scripted without even realizing it) and started working on a random backstory scene illustration, while working through the block. Calling it done now after spending almost a week on it. I've also been poking at the script a bit, and I think I figured out the part I was stuck on, so I'm going to try to get back to focusing on that.

Anyway, about this... I constantly have this scene in mind because it's a major point in Vilkas's backstory, but I've avoided drawing anything related to it, because I feel like it might be one of those potentially "spoiler-y" things if I go into too much detail (I'm the worst judge of what counts as spoilers, seeing as I personally don't mind them). So, I'll just try to be vague.
Basically this is during the time Sylkrey destroyed Southern Alptria. Vilkas was about 13 and was not supposed to be there, he just stupidly tagged along without anyone knowing. He makes it out physically okay (that's not his blood), but definitely not okay in any other sense. ...I'm sure at least some people will put this together with other things I've mentioned, and be able to guess more about what all happened, but I'll leave it at that just in case.
