Commentary:
Seems like every few chapters or so I get to draw a new type of scenery. Although I guess there's two new kinds of scenery in this chapter. I think I did pretty good for my first river, let alone a rushing river.

Usaro's cigar is extinguished due to the on this page, unlike the cover for this chapter. that was basically artistic liscense coming into play. Also speaking of the rain, I was not expecting it to make these pages take a bit longer. Should have expected that, in hindsight.
