I know!! I was so surprised, I think it came out amazing.

I always wondered... what if he ate like that every day? Full of painkillers, nausea meds, caffeine, appetite stims... day after day of pushing himself to the bodily limit, to the point where he's no longer capable of reaching peak fullness no matter how much he ate.

I love this idea. Abusing your body to its absolute limit over and over in order to force as much food into your greedy face as you can. The only two options are either exploding or slowly increasing your capacity to enormous sizes. Maybe even to the point where your belly can inflate to two or three times its gigantic size with food. Where you can eat so much that by the time you're full, you've got more food in your body than fat, even. Or even to the point where it takes two people stuffing your face nonstop all day to even get close, or a pressured nozzle to delivery calorie-dense shake directly into your cavernous belly as quickly as possible. All because you've stretched your gut out so much that you've made it impossible to get full.

Damn, i really love this idea. Mai's belly would be constantly packed solid and stretching, you'd have to get a few foot rests to support an abused food bag like that ^^
