He is about 9 feet tall and most of that is in his head, and wears exxtremely expnsisve clothes made from real gold, solver, ruby, and other expensive crap like that. Why is he green you ask, it is because he is made out of money.Some people say that he is a living incarnation of money, and the sad thing is he is. He is the only peorson in all of Oak city that has more money than any body,probaly even more than Oprah, but unlike her, he uses his money as a weapon, littlerally! He has a technique called moneykinesis whihch allows him to utilize the money as he sees fit. He is very cruel and looks down on others, but doesn't realy like to get his hands dirty unless he really has to. He would usually send his most loyal minion Penny Pawn to do the work for and Penny Pawn has a penny for a head, seriously he does. When the gagantuan Gurume gattsu and the EvilEgo banks clash it really will be a clash of the Titans!
