What would it's blades be like. G3 had the triple spike blades if I remember right, and G2 had the slightly split blades.

Nope, G3 had dual blades. G4 has 3 of them, from smallest to the biggest (from wrist to elbow)

Long story short: Some kid finds an alien transformation unit that turns him into a almost-6-feet-tall biomechanical creature that fights monsters.
This is my take on the design (fourht being since there are three official Guyver units, each with different physical appearance and somewhat similar powers)
