Song inspired commission for  fek

The song gives me the impression of a beautiful landscape and possibly a sunset or sunrise. My initial sketch had a bit more action to it, but I felt this is more appropriate since the song is mostly calm.

My idea for this picture's story was Fekkri finding a captive bird on one of his thieving trips and deciding to rescue it as he goes, then bringing it to a beautiful landscape where it may spend its days free. Perhaps here he is telling the silly bird it's free to go.
Another thing, maybe someone picked up on it, maybe not, is the clouds resembling a sailing ship.
In general, I think people show their true personality in how they treat animals, so I wanted Fekkri to wear a genuine kind smile as he speaks with the bird.
