Following up a few days after Cosmo's Lovely Afternoon Tickles. They're both pretty similar pics, except this time I can't really find the time to write a story for this one. Hopefully it's adorable enough to make up for it.
I've been asked why Cosmo dresses like she got back from a rock concert. It's cause it looks cute, that's why. I'm probably gonna draw Cosmo like this forever now.
In the first panel, Tails seems to have been in the wrong place at the wrong time, and the torment ensues. It continues outside, where he finds himself assaulted by vines for a while before Cosmo decides to take him back in where it's air conditioned. He finds himself wrapped up in a blanket with the focus then being shifted toward his feet for a good long while before finally being allowed to rest.
Throughout it all, he never uses the word "Stop!"
