Some of you may remember that I uploaded a Robin Hood short story fanfic I wrote a few years ago. So I felt the time was right to have some sketches done! This is one of 3 done by  450AngelDragons who is as big of a Robin Hood fanboy as I am, I hope you enjoy the story!!

Part 1:

England had not much use for bandits and thieves ever since Robin Hood helped King Richard take back his throne from his treacherous and infantile brother Prince John. Seriously, what made this guy think he was qualified to rule England? Let’s not get started on the thumb sucking! Pfft! But I digress.
Even though Robin Hood is no longer an outlaw and “borrows” as he referred to his robbing methods, the itch of being a trickster ultimately proved too much. With King Richard’s permission, there were more corrupt individuals throughout England that were so greedy, they refused to share their wealth with the poorer individuals, which necessitated a new clandestine thieving operation. So, in essence, Robin was able to get right back into stealing from the rich and giving to the poor. But this time, he was gonna need some extra help. Tales of his exploits became known around the world and told in stories and ballads that reached where I live, America. You see, I’m a raccoon and I knew of Robin’s exploits ever since I was a little kit and wanting to be a part of his Merry Men. This was my golden opportunity. As soon as I became of age, I made my pilgrimage to England by way of boat, not really minding the traveling conditions of one piece of bread a day. Looking back though, someone should make better food accommodations for travelers. This is no way for a raccoon to eat.
