I recently played the Norn story line in GW2 and the part in which you meet the Kodan is actually one of my favourite parts of the game since the first time I played it since you just gotta love those big guys. Their design is so interesting, from their religion to the floating Sanctuaries. So, since you can’t play Kodan in the game, I thought I could create one on my own, and this is what I eventually came up with.
His name is Unyielding Echoes and he is the only survivor of his sanctuary, which got entirely obliterated by Jormag’s spawn. After washing ashore, the lone Kodan wandered the scarred landscape for days without aim or purpose. His life had been his sanctuary, his family, his tribe and they were gone now. He came across Icebrood many times over and always his rage gave him strength and he wiped out the corrupted dragon minions whereever he could. Yet the rage that fueld him so much was that on himself for not being able to protect his sanctuary. After a long time he met other kodan again, that also had lost their floating home. They had then built a new sanctuary in the mountains, a refuge for all that would need it. High in the mountains it had grown into a living place with Quaggan, Kodan, Norn and animals seeking shelter from what the dragons caused and Unyielding Echoes swore that the fate of his former home would not be repeat itself in this haven as long as he lived.

Well, why not? If I try to look at it on a neutral level, I might could have that impression as well. There aren't any fast or sharp movements, the scenery is pretty quiet with the light of the dawn and the stoic mountains and the little movement you have is also rather smooth. At least that's what I think....I just hope it's not too calm in terms of boring.
