a) The fore legs are shorter than the hind.
B) The fore legs should be longer.
Unless the image you redirect to is inaccurate as well, those legs are the same length, possitioned differently, excluding the paw, the hind paws are larger, yes, the fore paws are smaller, yes, but the limbs are quadrosync.
