Hmm. I'd say either a Retriever (or Labrador) or a Husky. Furry feet means the dog needs protection against the elements

I think this is photoshopped, the position of the paw as well as the relative sizes of hand and paw suggest something's up at least.

Took a similar photo with our dog a few days ago - she's a jack russell terrier. So, just a slight size difference, compared to your photo.. xD
Is that your dog, and what kind of dog is it? Looks like a Retriever to me - they are really charming and sweet dogs imho. :)

I'm in the process of trying to adopt a dog. Half German Shepherd, half Irish Wolfhound. I'm sure his paws with be similar......but darker.

I used to have two St. Bernards. Those dogs are so huge and lovable. Mine loved to give sloppy wet kisses. Also, love the poem.
