Holy shit, do I ever.

Duane is an oddly compelling character, even with all the things I hate about him...I can't just flat out hate him. It's like some weird paradox.

I dunno what I did to the story to make him like that either, but yeah, you just feel bad for him for some reason...? It's not exactly a "love to hate" thing either, I don't think...well you readers know better than I haha That's interesting, I like this kind of feedback <3

No, it's definitely not a "love to hate" situation. I normally really hate characters if I really hate their actions, but he's oddly hard to dislike...it's a weird thing where I feel like "aw, he'd be such a decent guy, if he wasn't..."

I'm not sure why, though! I'm like one of the worst people about being like "well, you fucked up, dude, so..."

Then again, I love fucked up characters. Hm. Well, whatever you're doing, keep doin' it. It's really a compelling read.

this is late as fuck but i am favoriting this because i cannot favorite the whole comic.

Your dialogue is crazy delicious, man. The characters are classic fuck ups and I can't help but love them. I think it's just like when you have a black sheep family member that has a really shitty love; you love them, you want them to do better, but you're not sure if you should get too close.
