All to true that we all live in America, and as my fieldwork has always shown everyone else is getting very ticked with the concept. Sort of stepping the line for my tastes in zeal, however I respect your voice and use of it. The foot definitely hurts, I just hope one doesn’t decide to kick you with there still good foot.
