After taking a hiatus break, my 'Crinkle Scroll' series has returned with a fourth installment featuring Ino Yamanaka!
Having gotten up in the morning; Ino got all dressed up, preparing meeting up with Shikamaru and Choji, & just as soon as Ino was about leaving her place, she looks down and sees a unopened scroll delivered for her. Thinking it might be love gift from Sai, Ino takes the scroll inside and head for the bathroom.

Ino takes a seat down on the toilet, she quickly unveil the knot, and a poof of smoke came out from same scroll.
After the poof of smoke has vanished and so was Ino's long skirt, only now a thick diaper is around her waist. Ino gets furious for whoever pulled some prank on her & also unaware she triggered one of the scroll's 'hidden jutsu'. In this case, Ino suddenly starts filling into her diaper while remain sitting on the toilet.
