Picture done in the beginning of the year of my character Venus. She works into a whole story line that is currently vegetating in my head and most likely wont be down on paper anytime soon :(

Anyway she's supposed to be a 2 year old Akita, and this picture was also my first time doing semi-realistic fur :D I think it came out decent, doing realistic fur is friggin HARD! I don't know how all the crazy realism wolf/animal artists do it lol.
