Bio: Mila is an energetic and mostly kind Milotic, usually seen at the beach or around the center of town. She's a very open Pokemon, and isn't shy to take up new challenges or competitions. She's very tall too, standing at around 8ft.

While she can be a real sweetheart, she's a pretty sore loser, and takes competitions very seriously. She's always trying to stay healthy and fit, so she can be fussy with what she eats, and is regularly seen running and exercising during early morning hours.
When she's not on duty, Mila loves to surf, and owns several surfboards, she even made one herself from dark wood, making her quite the handy woman!

She hates the cold, and at winter she's either in her house playing video games, or at the mall shopping. She can be very festive though, even while fighting the differing temperatures. During winter she's hiding behind layers and layers of warm clothes, even her tail need to be wrapped up around every inch!

She's usually seen wearing her Gold bikini, even through the streets and sometimes through the center of town. After being told off many times she eventually got some more casual clothes.


She lives by the beach in a comfy cottage like house, not too far from a deep cave spring, where Solrock and Lunatone gather.
Mila works as a lifeguard for the two main beaches of the city. Since she's such a quick swimmer she can drift between the two bodies of water when she's called.

She gets along with most of the other cast, but seems to show some dislike to Bellaria, and often likes to gloat about her height and talents whenever she's around the bell. Possibly Mila feels like her height means something to her.
Mila is also friends with Bayuki, but their personalities clash quite often.
She quite likes Lar as well, sometimes seen flirting with him. Lar visits her occasionally since they live so close.
Mila dislikes Minoir and Vexa, who are always running amok at the beach, Minoir moreso than Vexa.

Apart from the main cast she has a few other friends- one who makes surfboards and another friend who helped design her Milotic themed board.

Background Story: Mila grew up in Hoenn, living by a lake surrounded with waterfalls. As time passed, her friends and family started to leave one by one, eventually leading to her moving on as well. As she swam through the sea for a new home, she found the golden bracelets lying on the seabed. She took them for herself, and has never taken them off since. The golden bracelets do more than just make her look pretty though.

Golden Wave + Water moves

Mila's water based attacks sometimes appear gold instead of the standard clear blue waters one might expect. The bracelets around her hair seem to hold a strange power. Say if Mila used Aqua tail about 10 times in a row. 1/10 times the water that surrounds her tail would become gold, and have a slight power buff.

Golden Wave on the other hand acts like surf, but is the only move that is always golden. The attack is stronger than surf, but Mila mostly uses this in swimming/ surfing related competitions to dazzle the viewers. It may also lower the foes accuracy with its dazzling light.

She's here! She's finally updated after 2 long years!
While she didn't need many renders, clothes were a must and I wanted to throw her surfboards in~
I updated her info a little too, mainly about how her water moves work.
