Your mind feels blank. Your eyes slowly drift back and forth. Part of you remembers being upset about something, but you can't recall what.

Everything feels so peaceful. There's no need to worry. There's no need to think. You are content. You are happy.

Yes. Yes you are.

You follow the watch. You repeat the words. You follow the watch until your eyes ache.

You manage to shut your eyes. This isn't right. There's something wrong about this. Your thoughts are coming back to you now. Your arms- you can't move your arms!

You struggle against the hug you've been forced into. The sleeves of your new uniform; a very different jacket than found in stores. Your arms ache as they strain for freedom, but their canvas prison holds them captive.

Your head pounds as the words echo inside your mind. You're growing weak, and your muscles are turning to taffy. The edges of your mind are falling under again, and your eyelids itch to be opened once more.

You're following the watch again. There's nothing you can do to stop yourself. Drool dribbles down the side of your mouth unnoticed.
