Wanting the appearance of a beautiful Pokemon, a kirlia has dressed herself in the style of a gardevoir. While strolling around in the countryside, trying out her dress, a sunset beams behind her.
A combination that seemed both obvious and odd at the same time. She does evolve into gardevoir, and that was the main inspiration behind this, so there's that. I couldn't go all out on the gardevoir esthetic, as both Pokemon look very similar in concept, and I didn't want to be drawing gardevoir by accident. ^-^

Yep. I couldn't just give off the details as natural, since she doesn't really have a chest piece, and having none is not gardevoir-like. To get something attached to the chest is to tape it, obviously. I could have gone with glue, but glue isn't so good at keeping a red horn thing stuck to a shirt, so I chose tape. ^-^
