To hazard a guess, the two giant characters are from a game/series called Wakfu. Magical realm of various magical things and individuals that has a mix of the Middle Ages and fantasy aesthetics, seems like the two of them have been transported to our humdrum world (a new world for them) and too much wakfu (the energy of life in their property) has gone to their heads and made them gigantic compared to their normal sizes.
I can totally see Amalia (right) indulging like this and it looks like she managed to coax Evangelyne (left) to partake. They look like they're having fun and I hope they enjoy their stay amidst our wonders!
