Sucil is a wyrmling kobold sorcerer who has... interesting views on the true nature of dragons. Sucil believes that dragons and kobolds are one in the same. Once they no longer needed their massive, imposing forms they simply became smaller and more compact to fit their environment.
Sucil endeavors to transform back into a majestic dragon once more, and he believes that the best way to go about this is to eat. Sucil, despite being a wyrmling, is not much taller than the average kobold, but he is easily 3 or 4 times the weight, with thighs that literally thunder when he walks too hard.
