Happy Fursuit Friday! You may remember when I posted these wip feet back in February, and a month before that I was sharing something that looked suspiciously like a pigeon over on tumblr. This partial is finally done and debuted at IBFC this past weekend! I had a blast and got stopped for lots of photos. Actually getting recognized as a shrike by a few people was the best part. X) (the second best part was finding out that there is at least one confirmed Loggerhead Shrike living at a sanctuary like two miles away from my house!)
Stiletto is the third partial I've built and my first avian! This birb features the best vision and ventilation I've achieved in a head to date, a rubberized foam beak and feet, fully quilted wing-arms with hidden hand escapes, and feathery fur texture (I didn't trim it, the grey fur came that way. I don't know what kind it is, sorry!) It's a very comfortable and easy suit to wear and I learned a lot while working on it. If you have any questions about how birb was made, ask away!
