European Badger. I never heard of badgers being described as any sort of weasel (maybe an "earth weasel"?), but they're certainly a close cousin.

Badgers are in the Mustelidae family which is comprised of weasels and otters and polecats. It's a pretty varied family, but it's still a mustelid! :)

True, but I always think of "weasels" as being specifically the long slinky-bodied mustelids, and badgers don't quite fit that image.
