The first of six chapters of us during the summer.

Vampire Connection
Arrival
Lora got permission from her mother and was thrilled she would be doing this. The female succubus was also fine since some of the parents would be coming to this. That was because not all the teens in the group were 18 yet. So it was best to have some adults to make sure things didn’t get out of hand. For the young female vampire, she couldn’t care less about who was there. She knew the beach would be fun but even more so with Nicholas there. Lora was hopeful this trip would allow the two to become more than friends. She made it down with her stuff and a spell to keep her burning up to a crisp due to the sun. Lora was also satisfied with the bikini she had chosen and hoped Nicholas would like it. The female vampire was dropped off by her mother and Mrs. Vicious got out of the car as well to have a few last words. “Have fun and stay safe, okay?” the succubus stated.
“I will mom,” Lora replied. Mother and daughter hugged and then the old female was off. The young female was by the beach house where the group would stay at but didn’t go in yet.
A couple minutes later a few more cars pulled up and Nicholas stepped out of his. The male vampire was protected by the sun as well by a spell but he was also wearing a shirt without sleeves. Lora had never realized that the guy she loved would have muscles in the arms. It was hinted at by the clothes, but now it was obvious.
“Hey Lora!” he stated with a wave and came over to her. Both blushed, her more so than him. The male noticed the cute tank top that went well with the shorts and smiled.
“Yes, hello,” the female whispered, looking away with shyness.
“Looks like we’re all here!” Ellie stated with a grin. Since she was the one who had organized this trip, this female was happy everyone had made it.
“This is quiet the place,” Danny commented. “It seems a little big for just our group.”
“Nonsense. Now come on!” The spirit fox grabbed his arm and got the front door unlocked. Since there were so many females and males, they all had to divide up amongst themselves. Then it was onto choosing which room by looking into them first.
“Oooh look at this!” Luna stated when she saw the first one that had a perfect view of the ocean. There was even a sliding glass door and small area to sit at.
“This is quite beautiful!” Lora commented. The parents visiting obviously got the first choice for some of the bet rooms but there were plenty of others for the teens. Lora and Luna got their own room and Nicholas’s was in the room right in front of theirs. The female vampire was happy with this since she could see him a bit more easily. Not that Lora had ideas of going into his room, but if something happened, the male vampire would be right there.
“So what should we do first?” Drake asked.
“The beach of course, what else?” Flyod stated with a grin.
“I’m with you there!” Naomi agreed with him. There was a majority so that meant it was time for fun in the sun. But what the two vampires weren’t expecting was how much fun it would be for them and how close they would be. Not just to each other but finally saying it.

Now these are short but sweet. I like it that way.
