moss dragons, found only in the heart of galeise, are very slow and lethargic creatures. they spend an immense amount of time not moving at all, allowing the rampant flora growth in the forest to grow all over them. they are nigh impossible to move, disturb or otherwise agitate once they get settled down to "hibernate". the thick yellow sap that oozes out of their tails has restorative/nurturing properties and them dragging it all over is said to be why galeise is so densely overgrown
