that is silent hill. the first game had a guy looking for his daughter, the movie had a women looking for her daughter. in the game, snow was falling. in the movies, its ash. in the game, whenever a monster was nearby, the radio will go all static. I've played the game at least 50 times and seen the movie at least a 100 times.
