This is a design for Titania from a modern set Midsummers Nights Dream. This is closer to what I actually do it hasn't been cleaned up and the scan is dark to off set the wings, which turned out a little to large, but are as follows one set of butterfly one set of dragon fly, two sets of bird wings one folded the other open.
