Supposedly the Heavy will be getting new gloves that make him run faster when he puts his dukes up.
If this does happen to come to fruition, please, dear god, PLEASE if you ever happen to notice me in-game approach me wearing said gloves and either say over voice chat or text chat "I haf to keel fast, and boolits too slow" and I'll let you punch my lights out with no resistance whatsoever.
