So I've found myself living in a little box, on a hillside.
And I have greatly mixed feelings about it.
Because while I find the monotony of my apartment building worrying, my experience tells me that monotonous buildings give rise to monotonous people bullshit.
One of the most wonderful things to see in a city is the sparkle of people's individuality shining through the impersonal structures.
It doesn't strike me as a heroic, doomed attempt to overcome any oppressive regime, it's just what people do.
No-one wants you to be an empty shell, and no-one will succeed in making you become one, unless you let them.
So don't be scared of being an individual, or of fitting into the crowd.
Do what you trust to be right, but be sure to check that what you're doing is right.
I trust that that will be enough.
