I'll be honest, since you asked.
It is a very good char design, but it is a bit flat looking. The hands are a bit off. What you need to do is sit down at a desk, hold out your left hand, and practice drawing it with the right one. This will give you an idea of how to draw them in future. Bulk out the arms a bit and lengthen them too - if you stand up, you will notice that your arms hang down past your hips. That's pretty much it.
Other than what I mentioned, not bad. Keep up the good work!
