It would have to be something like that for a bard to get musculature that defined. It's a harp....bow(?) that only super jacked dudes can play, and if it also does indeed function as a bow then it can murder people as well. It looks kinda gay but is, in fact, a VERY manly weapon. It's deceptive that way.
