I want to say a combination of the two. #1 with #2's simpler palette.

As nifty as 2 looks, it's entirely too subtle, especially if you're looking at it from any kind of distance. Definitely go with 2. And think about maybe colorizing the pokeball in the center of 2, for use as a secondary emblem.

I agree with a lot of the others. #2 is great in its simplicity, but it reads more as "pointy things coming out of Pokeball" than hazard. #1 relays the message a lot better, we're anticipating an explosion rather than witnessing one, which makes it a lot more effective. It might be a good idea to simplify it down to two colours like #2 though, since those are the colours people associate danger with.
