This is sort of a companion picture to cityscape.
The tiger is Gerald Armstrong, who seems to be the lead character in that cyberpunkish story that I'm writing on and off (currently stuck on chapter #3). Armstrong is an investigator in pursuit of the ferret girl hacker who is using the alias "Charise Grimes".
We'll see how the story progress goes.
