Elise prepping up for a dive during her second trip to Australia ... while checking her gear, someone saw a good opportunity for a photo. A bit of posing went into it, but hey, the result matters.
ANOTHER image I had sketched up a loong time ago - according to the folder, last October - boy I'm fresh!
Luckily, it's not a simple bust of her this time ... o3o'
Had quite few versions with different angles and poses before I settled down with this one, and even then, decided to redo the whole inks and shading as I wasn't happy with the results and couldn't get that 'sunny' look.
These new lines are way more messier, especially on the fur, but I feel they add a lot to that traditional/watercolour feel I aim for, so I'm glad I took my time to redo them!

The warm colours, the relaxed pose, the details like the flags on the air tank, that cute smile, this is dripping with such personality! I can confidently say this is one of my favourites because it really is cheerful to look at! You really outdid yourself on this one! <3
