ok check this out:
i came up with this design a while back, (before i bought my house) and
i thought i wanted a household of furs. It still is kinda my (unrealistic) dream.
i would like to find 3 other "stable" reliable furs who can pay rent on time.
so you can see the General layout is four Dorm-like bedrooms in the quadrants
of the house separated by their shared bathrooms.
Giant kitchen with an extended island countertop/bar
(this is where there would be a sink,dishwasher and minifrige)
and along the wall would be the fridge(double capacity) range and
floor to ceiling cabinetry.
the tiny hall at the far rear of the house would be the laundry closet.
and of course the biggest room would be the living room / media room
with either a huge TV or a projector pointed at a white wall.
and then the couch is in the center, and along the walls are 4 extra long
computer desks.
keep in mind the per portions can be scaled. and the bedrooms are meant
to suit a couple (two closets) so if its just one person in a bedroom they have
a considerable amount of space.

I would love to know the dimensions for this, if you have them. I'd understand if you don't want to share them though.
Is this still your dream house? Do you prefer it being a one story house? Also, are/were there any other additions you're considering? ( Not sure about my grammar in these questions, but if I keep fighting with it, I might chicken out on sending this, so I'll let it go... )

in reality the size is fully scalable because its a square,
but i would prefer each square to be 4 foot by 4 foot
so the bedrooms are 16x12 not including closet space.
as far as it being my dream house ? no not any longer, it would be single story but could easily expand into a basement below for extra activities.

Oh, wow, I didn't realize it lined up with the squares like that for some reason. That's awesome. The 16 x 12 square foot bedrooms sound rather nice.
Ah, okay. Thanks for letting me know. A basement does sound nice, though. I personally dislike one story buildings, especially houses, because I feel like having multiple floors uses the space a bit more wisely ( this is coming from someone who is rather excessive and wants a large property, though ). I still think the design is neat and like the idea behind it. :)
